30-Day Return Window

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. You are entitled to return your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The goods were purchased in the last 30 days; The goods are in the original packaging; The goods are unused and in the same condition that you received them. Cat toys that have been chewed or heavily used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunding Process

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee and takes 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 within the continental US.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

TeamOrbt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
